Our ship agency staff work as the shipowners’ agents and “eyes on site” when the vessel calls our ports. Their main task is to ensure great service and a smooth experience for the vessel and their crew when at our quays.
Our agents have broad experience in port assistance due to our own liner service, but also thanks to other ship traffic calling our docks. Their great expertise means we can offer high quality services in ship clearances.
TSG will:
- Be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round
- Maintain contact with ports and stevedores for you
- Help with reporting to various authorities
- Provide information to involved parties
- Organize crew changes
- Assist with local bookings, g. doctor visits
